- Citizens and employees can submit requests via the Internet, helping to reduce call volume to your offices.
- Requests can be tracked as they move toward resolution, including the total costs and time for completion
- Each service type is assigned an office and provider so that requests can be automatically routed to the responsible person.
- Separate processes can be established for regular service requests and complaints.
- Reminder intervals can be set up for each service type. Automated reminders are sent to the designated service provider at each reminder interval.
- The total inventory of materials used to complete requests can be tracked and reported. A minimum order point can be set to indicate at what level of inventory materials should be re-ordered.
- Various reports are available for printing, including a summary report of all outstanding service requests and a recurring service report providing a tally of the number of times each service is requested.
- The application’s graphical user interface (GUI) incorporates user-friendly design with elements such as drop-down menus to reduce keystrokes and minimize data entry errors.
- The application was developed using JAVA Technology and can be run on any operating system, including Windows, iSeries – AS/400, Linux and UNIX.
- Training and documentation is provided to support your @your request! system.
